The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an empathic and compassionate person, who is experienced in client support and obsessed with helping people, to join our growing Client Success team in the role of Success Desk Analyst. While leadership is not available immediately, an interest in growing into a leadership role is a must! 


The Role

In this role you will be responsible for supporting primarily our SmarterU and Ottolearn clients. 

You will need to quickly become an expert in our products and processes, to quickly start assessing and triaging incoming support tickets and inquiries. At Neovation, success for this team is not measured  in how fast you can answer customer inquiries, but in how satisfied customers are with the help you provide them.

You will be juggling multiple tasks and meeting what can sometimes seem like tight timelines, all while ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will also be liaising with other departments throughout Neovation, in particular our Product team, who will support in helping to fix bugs or create new features for our clients. No one day will be the same as the last. 


The Right Candidate

  • You have previous experience working in client or technical support.

  • You have experience using zendesk, or other customer service support platforms.

  • You are able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, at a very high level (C1 minimum).

  • You like helping people and feel a sense of pride in finding solutions to problems.

  • You can prioritize tasks and re-prioritize those tasks as workload changes.

  • You can work independently with minimal supervision and are confident enough to reach out for support and help when needed.

  • You would consider yourself to be technologically savvy. 

  • You like coaching others and have an interest in leading a client support team in your future.
