The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a person gifted in the art of relationship-building who has the patience of a farmer but the drive of a hunter to join our growing Sales Enablement  team in the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR). 


The Role

We have a healthy inbound pipeline.  Much of this role will include you being provided contact information to interested potential clients, who you will contact to determine if our training/learning solutions can help them. Additionally, you may be assigned past prospects to restart conversations with and champion any future outbound cold-calling campaigns. You will need to be patient and a meticulous note-taker. Success in this role is not measured by how many calls you can make in a day, but by how many potential clients you can support by arranging prospect and client meetings with our talented Sales Directors.  Being able to switch tasks and handle shifting priorities will be to your benefit. 


The Right Candidate

  • You have hands-on experience with Hubspot or another CRM.

  • You have previous experience in outbound calling or sales, with demonstrated success in researching the best contacts and booking appointments.

  • You possess a Team mentality at work, and the thought of setting others up for success excites you.

  • You are data-driven and strive to improve your performance and meet your goals.

  • You are not intimidated by learning new technologies or tools. 

  • You possess a warm, outgoing personality with a cheerful approach to repetitive tasks, and you are able to view every call as a fresh opportunity for success.  Robots need not apply. 

  • You have great business writing skills and are confident in personalizing approved templates to capture your audience's attention.

  • You are not easily discouraged and enjoy the challenge of playing “the long game.” 

  • You are self-driven, can work independently with minimal supervision, and are confident enough to reach out for support and help when needed.

  • You are able to communicate quickly and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
